Pastor Gerard is currently the principal consultant and senior pastor at 7modalities.com in Singapore responsible for training and doctrines based out of his Geylang office for talent diagnostics. His passion for understanding the human psyche has led him to develop a course that helps to define, decode, discover that which is latent and hidden deep within each individual. The course serves as a discovery diagnostics programme based on Romans 12:6-8.

Mods-tv is a free-to-view, self-organised online learning portal courtesy of https://www.7modalities.com. The broadcast reaches pastors in Philippines, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Myanmar, Vietnam, Thailand and other countries.
