What is Modalities
It speaks about your elemental roots, your elemental self, personhood and how to isolate, how to identify, how to decode and define that which is latent and hidden deep within you.
Discovery diagnostics is a self-organised learning environment that moves away from a greek mind-set of the one-to-many front of house approach to a Hebraic in-the-round, many-to-many approach to pedagogy.
In the first part of the Modalities program, we start with life— the way a person has been wired and designed. We determine what is unique in a person and his/her modality, why he/she matters. Nationality is where you live, language is what you know, ethnicity is which mountain and river you are from, religion is why you care and modality is why you matter.
The second part of the program is impact – where we assess the way each person’s genius is manifested or expressed. We assess the impact the person is currently doing and then predict from there how he/she can impact the future.

This series explores the pattern of sevens in the Bible and how it can be used to understand different gift-modalities or paradigms of human formation. By understanding and utilising each of these modalities, we can become effective leaders and agents of change in our communities and organisations. The use of the seven-branched menorah as a symbol for these paradigms represents the idea of light and illumination, shedding light on different aspects of our lives and work. Embracing and integrating all seven modalities into our lives and work can create a more holistic approach to leadership and personal growth, leading to positive change in the world around us.

The intensive 100-hour digital experience successfully equipped ministry leaders from across Asia with the Kingdom Pastoral Intelligence (KPI) framework and the Seven Modalities, transforming their pastoral leadership approach.
Developed in partnership with King’s College Seminary Singapore and leading churches across Asia, the groundbreaking conference delivered on its promise, accelerating participants’ journey to becoming Kingdom Pastoral Intelligence in God’s Kingdom.

Ministry leaders from Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, and other countries across Asia participated - 100 hours of intensive, interactive theological and practical training were delivered

Our newly established Neighbourhood Pottery Studios in Geylang now serve as sanctuaries of restoration, offering trauma survivors a powerful journey toward wholeness through the ancient art of pottery. This innovative approximately one-month experience combines spiritual renewal, therapeutic creativity, and personalized mentorship to rebuild lives from the inside out.
